Sous vide Pulled Pork

Our sous vide cooked Pulled Pork is marinated with various herbs and spices. Slowly cooked and super tasty “soft & tender”. Only bake at 165°C for 15 minutes in the hot air oven or Combisteamer on regenerate 10%. You can ideally combine the Pulled Pork with our Ketjap-Spicy and/or barbecue marinade.

Suitable for further processing in various applications.

Keep refrigerated at max. 4°C in closed packaging. Shelf life: 20 weeks from date of packaging. Can be stored for a maximum of 2 days after opening when stored refrigerated at max. 4°C.
