We deliver fast, due to our modern manufacture. We deliver within 24-48 hours in the Netherlands and within 72 hours through Europe.

The pork ribs are packed in amounts of 10kg p/box.
The frozen pork ribs are packed in boxes. When you prefer our sous vide products, you get boxes of approx 8/9kg.
We can also deliver in E2 cases if you wish.

We only work with Dutch and German EG-certificated slaughterhouses. They are between 26-32 cm and they have a range of 7-10 cm.
The frozen spareribs can be stored for 1 year after production at a minimum of -18°C. The grilled spare ribs can be stored for a maximum of 2 days at 4 °C after thawing. The refrigerated sous vide cooked products can be stored for at least 4 months after production at a maximum of 4 °C. After opening, the spare ribs can be kept for a maximum of 2 days if stored at 4 °C.
